Canberra coach Ricky Stuart's exercised restraint after a 29-28 golden point loss to Brisbane in their NRL league qualifying final

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Raiders thought they'd won the game twice before bunker intervention on a field goal charge-down attempt in regulation, and a Jamal Fogarty try in extra time.

Ben Hunt eventually kicked the match-winning field goal for the Broncos.

The drama began in the second half when Reece Walsh was sin-binned for a head-butt.

Stuart says he should have been sent off, but didn't want to detract from the wider spectacle.

The Raiders will host the Sharks in an elimination match on Saturday - the Bulldogs meet the Panthers in the same circumstances on Sunday.

The Storm and Broncos get the week off.
