A warning to dairy farmers - to prepare for greater climate swings

New research by Komanawa Solutions shows New Zealand farms are already being affected by climate change - and it's impacting production and profit.

It found year-to-year variation in pasture growth has increased by about 30 percent for irrigated farms.

Research lead Zeb Etheridge says farmers are used to weather shifts, but this shows they're set to grow even larger.
