Lisa Carrington headlines a raw looking New Zealand team at the opening Canoe Sprint World Cup getting underway in the Czech Republic tonight

The five times Olympic gold medalist lines up in the K1500, K2 500 and K4 500 and is first underway in the K4 boat this evening alongside Alicia Hoskin, Tara Vaughan and Olivia Brett.

There are eight male paddlers among the `12 strong team and Carrington says she's been a sounding board for several who are having their first taste of World Cup competition.
