Crusaders prop Joe Moody's reflected on 12 years and 126 appearances for the defending Super Rugby champions as he prepares to retire

Crusaders prop Joe Moody's reflected on 12 years and 126 appearances for the defending Super Rugby champions as he prepares to retire

He's off contract at the end of the season, which could finish this weekend or even Friday if they lose their final round robin match against Moana Pasifika.

The Crusaders need to win and hope the Rebels beat the Drua and Brumbies topple the Force to sneak into the top eight.

Moody says their 3-win, 10-loss campaign stings, but he'll exit with fond memories from seven titles.

Owen Franks, Ryan Crotty and Willi Heinz loom as team-mates also heading for retirement.
