    A homicide investigation has been launched after a fatal shooting in Auckland's Onehunga last night


    Emergency services were called to Selwyn Road just before 10pm - after reports of a man with a gunshot wound - he died at the scene.

    A scene guard has been in place overnight, and a scene examination will happen this morning.

    Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
