    A major West Coast highway will re-open again overnight, after being plagued by rockfall and slips


    State Highway 6 between Haast and Lake Moeraki has been open during the day with restrictions, following torrential rain earlier this month.

    Transport Agency spokesperson, Mark Pinner says sufficient monitoring has been completed, providing assurance that the site is stable.
