    A man has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and attempted murder - over a double shooting on Coromandel Peninsula


    Kevin Mark Mabbott died on the 309 Road and Aaron Buckland was flown to Hospital with a gunshot wound on Friday.

    The Herald's Open Justice reports Stuart Edmondson didn't seek name suppression in the High Court at Hamilton this morning.

    Other heavy suppression orders remain, which don't allow reporting of any identifying details of Edmondson.

    Edmondson had several supporters in court.
