    A 60-year-old man has been charged following an alleged stabbing in West Auckland's Titirangi last night


    Police were called to Woodlands Park Road about 7:20 and found a man with serious injuries.

    Inquiries led police to a Mount Roskill address where a man was arrested shortly after 10pm.

    He has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and is due in court tomorrow.

    The victim is in a stable condition in hospital.
