    New Zealand Cricket have confirmed Black Caps who departed the Indian Premier League amid rising tensions with Pakistan will be free to choose if they want to return, with the league cleared to resume this weekend


    Chennai's Rachin Ravindra and Devon Conway and Mumbai's Trent Boult left India last weekend.

    New Zealand white ball captain Mitchell Santner and uncapped batter Bevon Jacobs - both of the Mumbai Indians - were the only New Zealanders to remain, on the instruction of their IPL side.
