    People going fishing are being urged to wear a lifejacket, even if they're fishing off rocks


    A coronial report into three deaths at Raglan's Papanui Point highlights that none of them were wearing life jackets.

    Gavin Walker from Water Safety New Zealand says there are other things people can do, including seeking advice from people who know the area well.
