The internet entrepreneur had challenged the Justice Minister's decision to surrender him to the US earlier this year.
In 2012 the US requested Dotcom be extradited on charges of copyright infringement, money laundering and wire fraud.
Dotcom fought the extradition process all the the way to the Supreme Court and was finally ruled eligible for surrender in 2020.
He had argued that his extradition was political in nature but the court said it saw no evidence of that.
