    A 34-year-old man's facing a raft of charges after two incidents in the Far North where he allegedly threatened people with a gun


    On Sunday, Police were called to an Ahipara address after a number of people were allegedly threatened with a firearm.

    The Armed Offenders Squad was called out after a similar report came from Kaitaia yesterday morning.

    The man's charges include unlawful possession of a firearm, threatening to kill and possession of an offensive weapon.
