    Almost 13-thousand patients will have their healthcare delayed due to doctors strikes today


    Members of the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists are protesting outside public hospitals and MPs' offices over the next two days.

    Health New Zealand's Richard Sullivan says it's a pretty frustrating outcome.

    He says unfortunately they have not had a counteroffer to work with.
