    A $7 billion mega-mine in central Queensland's Galilee Basin has been given the go ahead


    The state's co-ordinator-general has given the China Stone thermal project the green light

    The mine will create thousands of jobs and generate billions of dollars, estimated to produce 38 million tonnes of coal each year.
