Illawarra Hawks captain Todd Blanchfield has expressed his frustration with young star LaMelo Ball following their heavy ANBL defeat to the Breakers

The New Zealand club won 103-72 in Auckland.

Ball shot just 21-percent from the field during the match, managing just 10 points from his 14 shots.

Blanchfield says Ball is an exceptional passer and should utilise that skill more.

On one sour note for the Breakers, centre Rob Loe left the court early with a suspected fractured skull and was taken to hospital.
