    A notorious Dunedin landlord has been censured yet again over abusive behaviour


    Karen Brown's company Man-Oock Holdings Limited has featured in 21 tribunal cases over tenancy issues.

    This time the tribunal ruled Brown had been harassing her tenant Ruiqi Wu through email.

    The tribunal said the language used in the emails revealed a pattern of behaviour designed to intimidate the tenant on many issues.

    Wu has been released from her tenancy, but was not awarded compensation.
