    A Kirwee pub already gutted by fire has suffered another blow


    In a Facebook post Canterbury's Historic Kirwee Tavern, which went up in flames on Christmas Eve, says eight to ten thousand dollars of alcohol was nabbed.

    The post says the liquor bandits may have risked their lives to loot the chiller.

    Police are making inquires about the thirsty thieves.
