That's how Gemma McCaw felt about her return to the hockey field.
The women's Black Sticks veteran returned to the black dress after two and a half years away in her side's loss to Belgium in the opening match of the FIH Pro League on Auckland's North Shore.
The two teams square off again from 3pm, as do the men, who were thumped 6-2 in their first game, at 5:30.
