    Z energy and Caltex are dropping petrol prices by 7 cents a litre across the country


    It comes on the back of a 6 cents a litre fall yesterday.

    Z Energy chief executive Mike Bennetts says when it comes to choosing petrol prices, the company looks at what's happened in the market overnight.

    He says stakeholder perspectives, competition, and shareholders are all taken into account when making a price decision.
