The message from Wainuiomata residents is clear - no more methamphetamine

The community's marched up to Maunga Pukeatua to protest the drug and the violence that comes with it.

Parents, kids, dogs, bikers, and police all marched up together from the bottom of Wainuiomata Hill today as cars whizzed past, honking in support.

When they reached the summit, the crowd heard from community speakers.

They're calling for action to address the spread of methamphetamine in Wainuiomata to protect future generations.
