    The Tactix are saluting their shooter copping contact from defenders in netball's ANZ Premiership


    They've beaten the Stars 52-39 in Christchurch to lift to second on the ladder behind the Mystics.

    Ellie Bird was in strife at the end of the match after getting tangled with Stars defender Anna Harrison.

    Tactix mid-courter Erikana Pederson says Bird knows how to receive their feeding.



    The Stars have slumped to fourth.
