    The Wellington Phoenix have confirmed their squad is safe from COVID-19


    Tonight's A-League fixture with the Central Coast Mariners in Gosford has been postponed after positive coronavirus cases emerged within the Mariners camp.

    All cases involve double-vaccinated individuals who tested positive to PCR tests yesterday and today.

    A new date for the contest is yet to be announced.

    Meanwhile the women's Phoenix' game against the Newcastle Jets will go ahead in Gosford from 8:45, but from behind closed doors.
