    National canoe sprint coach Gordon Walker has never seen progress as rapid by a crew as the current women's K4-500


    The new crew of Lisa Carrington, Alicia Hoskin, Tara Vaughn and Olivia Brett are through to the final at the World Cup regatta in Poland.

    They've only been racing together a couple of weeks and are already close to threatening top teams.

    Walker outlines what they need to gain.



    Carrington's also through to the K1-500 final.
