    A review of Palmerston North's Crown solicitor - has found he breached obligations in cases where three murder charges were dismissed


    Ben Vanderkolk withheld information while prosecuting three men, changed a witness statement - altering its credibility, and asked police to remove his name from meeting records.

    The Crown and Police were ordered to pay two of the men 20-thousand dollars each.

    Solicitor-General, Una Jagose , says Vanderkolk van der colk] cooperated in the investigation, showed deep remorse, and will take steps to improve.
