    Captain Kane Williamson's optimistic they're ready to go for their opening match - despite the Black Caps' less intensive preparation for cricket's T20 World Cup


    Many New Zealand players have been either with their Indian Premier League sides, at home having family time or returning from injury in the lead up to the tournament being co-hosted in the West Indies and USA.

    But Williamson says they've made most of the time they have had together ahead of tomorrow morning's match against Afghanistan in Guyana.
