    A serious two vehicle crash has closed part of the Coastal Highway in the Tasman Region


    Emergency services are at the scene near Nelson and say there seem to be serious injuries.

    State Highway 60 is closed between Coastal Highway and Dominion Road, as well as State Highway Six at the Appleby Highway and Moutere Highway Intersection.

    Drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
