The family of a 21-year-old man killed after a central Wellington coward punch - is remembering him as a kind person

Luke Smith died after an unprovoked attack in Courtenay Place, in October.

The young man's family moved to New Zealand from South Africa, for a better life.

Yesterday, 29 year old Siale Siale was sentenced at the High Court at Wellington - to more than two years behind bars for manslaughter.

Luke's father, Brian, is using reparations to set up a foundation in his son's name.
