New Zealand must build more cross political party support, to make progress in infrastructure

Infrastructure New Zealand Chief Executive Nick Leggett says we must build beyond political cycles.

He says when there's a change in government, plans are cancelled and money we spend on things that don't happen, cost us dearly.
