Wellington have stormed into the NPC's top eight with a 75-19 demolition of Southland in Porirua

Wellington have stormed into the NPC's top eight with a 75-19 demolition of Southland in Porirua

The home side ran in 11 tries, including a hat-trick to Callum Harkin who was moved to the wing.

Southland have now shipped more than 50 points in their last three outings, since claiming the Ranfurly Shield last month.

All Blacks halfback Cam Roigard had just over half an hour for Counties-Manukau in a 49-28 win over Auckland in Pukekohe.

After two months sidelined with a foot fracture, Roigard's told Sky Sport it was good to return to rugby with a win.
