The All Whites will be without striker Chris Wood for this month's international friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador in the United States

The All Whites will be without striker Chris Wood for this month's international friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador in the United States

A knee injury has kept the Nottingham Forest forward sidelined since October 18, with a return time unconfirmed.

Western Sydney Wanderers forward Kosta Barbarouses has been recalled for New Zealand in place of Wood.

Vice-captain Libby Cacace is back after recovering from a hamstring injury, along with midfielders Eli Just and Alex Rufer.

Uncapped goalkeeper Kees Sims has received a call-up, while defender Storm Roux has been given the nod to replace the injured Tim Payne.

Centre back Tommy Smith, left back Lukas Kelly-Heald and midfielder Owen Parker-Price are among those who have dropped out from last month's All Whites squad.

Midfielder Marko Stamenic has been named, although the Swansea player's still grieving the death of his father.
