Enrolling in this year's General Election is different this year, from last time, in 2023

A law change taking effect today - ends enrolment on voting day.

It will also ban prisoners casting a ballot - and allow larger anonymous political donations.

Commission Chief Electoral Officer, Karl Le Quesne says anyone signing up or changing enrolment details must now do it earlier.

Enrolment ends 13-days before the election, when voting gets underway.
