Kerry Katona has called Katie Price "absolutely bonkers" for getting married again

The former glamour model, 47, wed her fourth husband Lee Andrews in Dubai late last month just days after they met for the first time and Katie's longtime friend Kerry has now opened up about the news admitting she will always support her pal but she's baffled by her decision to walk down the aisle once again.

In her column for new! magazine, Kerry explained: "Katie Price has got married for the fourth time, she says she's met her Richard Gere.

"As Katie's friend I absolutely love and support her no matter what she does - but she's absolutely bonkers."

Kerry - who has been married three times - went on to add: "Kate just wants to be loved. But, for me personally, I wouldn't have got married. When I do get proposed to I want to make sure it's forever."

Katie announced her engagement to Lee days before the wedding - just months after she split from her former partner JJ Slater - and on January 25 she confirmed the pair had married just days after she flew out to Dubai to meet him for the first time.

She has explained she met the Dubai-based businessman through social media and they connected "by words" before getting matching tattoos, buying each other rings and tying the knot.

While Katie was away in Dubai exchanging vows with her new man, Kerry was experiencing a terrifying health scare back home in the UK.

The 45-year-old former Atomic Kitten star took to social media in the early hours of Friday morning (30.01.26) to reveal she has been diagnosed with painful bowel condition colitis - which affects the large intestine and causes cramps and diarrhoea - and she spent an uncomfortable night in hospital as she had to sleep on a bed in a corridor due to overcrowding.

In her column for the publication, Kerry revealed more about her hospital dash, writing: "I was taken into hospital in an ambulance at the end of last week.

"I was in so much pain I was screaming so the paramedics had to give me morphine there and then.

"I've been diagnosed with something called colitis, which is something to do with my bowel ...

" I was in a bed in the hallway for a day and a night before I was given a room because of how full the hospital was - I was quite shocked to hear apparently all the hospitals are like that at the minute."
