    Belief the construction sector's reached rock bottom


    The Post reports Building Research Association data shows a third of all business liquidations were construction companies.

    That figure's up 37 percent in the year to February.

    Building Industry Federation chief executive, Julian Leys says they only way from here is up.

    He says timber and steel sales through merchants and manufacturers are starting to pick up.
