Iran-Israel conflict: Israel says 'Tehran will burn' after Iran targets Tel Aviv — as it happened

Iran and Israel have targeted each other with missiles and air strikes on Saturday after Israel launched its biggest-ever air offensive against Iran in a bid to hinder nuclear technology.

Iran and Israel targeted each other with missiles and air strikes on Saturday after Israel launched its biggest-ever air offensive against Iran in a bid to hinder nuclear technology.

The Israeli defence minister also threatened that "Tehran will burn" if Iran continues to target civilians with retaliatory strikes.

The Israel Defense Forces says it is continuing its aerial offensive against Iran, and has declared "aerial superiority" over the country's western regions.
