Further delays in the recovery of those missing in the Mount Maunganui campground landslide

Work has ceased for the rest of the day following the formation of a crack on the maunga, raising concerns another slip could be imminent.
Six people are unaccounted for and presumed dead following Thursday's slip.
Two independent geotechnical assessments suggested emergency services refrain from operating on the site for the time being.
District Commander Superintendent Tim Anderson says the families impacted are receiving regular updates.
He say they're in constant dialogue with police staff and family liaisons.
