Further confirmation...if it was needed...of the strong momentum in the housing market

Today's fresh OneRoof Property Report shows the median national property value has grown 25 percent in the last 12 months, to 779 thousand dollars.

More than 280 suburbs also have values of a million dollars or more...that's up from 197 suburbs last quarter.

James Wilson of OneRoof data partner Valocity says it shows a clear trend of what's to come.

He says a lot of factors...especially low interest rates....are supporting growth in the housing market.
