A 100-million dollar offer from the Government and Auckland Council doesn't appear to be enough to keep the Auld Mug here.
Team New Zealand's rejected the offer -- and is believed to want a package worth more than 200-million.
Former America's Cup skipper Chris Dickson says Covid-19 meant the event this year didn't reach its potential.
He says we didn't get the hundred super yachts of the past, and it felt like half a party.
Dickson says we deserve the other half.
