    Police have flooded to an incident in Panmure, where at least one person has been seriously injured


    Emergency services were called to the scene on Tripoli Road, at about 7.30-pm.

    An eyewitness says the victim was under a tree with police and ambulance crew gathered around them.

    He says there about 16 police cars, 25 officers and one ambulance at the scene.

    A police spokesperson says officers are still working to determine the circumstances of what happened.
