    Police and Surf Lifesaving have closed Napier's Marine Parade Beach because of extreme sea conditions


    Harding Road Beach is also considered dangerous and should be avoided, with two metre waves breaking on to the shingle beach.

    Port Hill Beach by Napier Hill is open for swimming.

    Conditions will be reviewed tomorrow morning.
