Mixed feelings for a grieving father -- as a young men pleads guilty over a crash in Timaru in which five teens died

The sole survivor -- 19-year-old driver, Tyreese Fleming -- has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death.

The court heard he'd been drinking before slamming into a concrete power pole at more than 100 kilometres an hour.

Stephen Drummond's son Javarney died, in the crash.

Drummond says one part of him feels a bit sorry for the driver but then the other part questions why he should - when Fleming's actions resulted in the death of his son.
