Crusaders boss doesn't believe it was feasible for Jason Ryan to continue Super Rugby role and as All Blacks forwards coach

Crusaders boss Colin Mansbridge doesn't believe it was feasible for Jason Ryan to continue his Super Rugby role on top of his new challenge as All Blacks forwards coach

Ryan's relinquished his post as Scott Robertson's right hand man after six seasons in Christchurch to join Ian Foster's coaching mix with immediate effect.

Mansbridge says both jobs are all consuming.

The Crusaders will now explore the market for two new assistants - with Andrew Goodman also departing last month to Irish club Leinster.
