The Oceania Football Confederation is confident its newly approved Professional League will lift standards of the sport throughout the Pacific

Two years of planning will continue well into the New Year before the format and participants are determined and expressions of interest sought from clubs.

OFC Club and Leagues Manager Steven Dillon says lifting the region out of its amateur outlook will be a real challenge.
