Britain has been welcomed into our Pacific trade pact

The UK became the 12th member of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership in Auckland yesterday.
An international relations expert says Singapore and Malaysia want China to be up next, but Australia and Canada are reluctant.
Auckland University's Stephen Hoadley says it would be a huge economic boost -- if China can only work with the World Trade Organisation.
He says the Chinese have not followed WTO rules, by continuing to subsidise their industries and manipulate their currency.
