Calls for a more co-coordinated and unified approach to dealing with scams

Calls for a more co-coordinated and unified approach to dealing with scams

The Banking Ombudsman's annual report shows scam-related complaints were up 43 percent from last year.
The average loss is 57 thousand dollars.
