    Two New Zealanders have been arrested in the Thai city of Phuket for allegedly assaulting a police officer


    According to the The Phuket News, the two men in their 30s were pulled over for speeding on motorbikes.

    They're accused of attacking an officer who'd pulled them over, and then taking his firearm.

    The pair's charged with stealing property, fighting or obstructing officials, assaulting officials, attempting to bribe officials, and driving without a driver's licence.
