    Kaiapoi's former Domino's Pizza owner has been given 10 months home detention and must pay reparations - for migrant exploitation


    Chang Wei Tsao , also known as David, had already pleaded guilty - after an investigation into breaches of visa conditions.

    MBIE found Tsao coerced a worker to work beyond their visa expiry date - and encouraged three people on student visas to work beyond their entitled hours.
