    Police are investigating a stabbing at a bar on Palmerston North's Main Street shortly before midnight


    Officers were called to reports of an altercation between a small group - and one person was taken to hospital with an apparent stab wound to the neck.

    Police are at the bar this morning, and are appealing for witnesses.
