It's been a late Friday lunch for Auckland schools getting their new meal deliveries for students

It's been a late Friday lunch for Auckland schools getting their new meal deliveries for students

The School Lunch Collective's now sorted issues with ovens at one of its Auckland kitchens - but it's "unlikely" food can arrive on time.

Compass Group is apologising, offering additional food resources, and reimbursing schools needing to buy their own meals.

The Government's changed the programme to save money, providing children cut-price lunches using a private supplier.
