Two people have been arrested - accused of ramming a stolen vehicle into a Police car in Auckland's Greenlane

About 11.15am, Police signalled a vehicle to stop - but say it drove at them, before fleeing.

It was seen driving excessively fast on the wrong side of the road - then was stopped in Manurewa where Police had deployed spikes.

Police say the occupants tried to flee on foot - one attempting to get into a member of the public's vehicle.
