The man accused of murdering right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, allegedly sent a text with his intentions to kill him prior to doing so

22-year-old Tyler Robinson is expected to be formally charged tomorrow for Kirk's death at a university campus in Utah.

FBI Director Kash Patel says the suspect also wrote a physical note saying if he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk he would.

He wouldn't give details on who'd received the text message or whether anyone had seen the written note before the attack.

Police are investigating whether anyone else was involved in the plotting of the killing.
